Over the past 28 years, Mr. Adams has advised
numerous clients in specialized areas of business
enterprise valuations, mergers and acquisitions,
income tax planning, financial reporting, asset
divestiture, financial and operational due
diligence, gift and estate tax planning, new
business planning and development, equity buy/sell
business negotiations, and economic and financial
feasibility studies. Mr. Adams has also provided
litigation support and expert witness testimony
in various legal matters involving business
valuations, economic damages and loss of income,
and executive compensation. He has also assisted
clients in developing financing plans, and
structured numerous acquisition term sheets.
Mr. Adams has prepared numerous economic and
financial feasibility studies for inclusion
in bond offering circulars resulting in the
issuance of over $500 million in tax-exempt
revenue bonds.
