During his tenure at the firm, Mr. Fullerton has been active in all aspects of Newbury Piret’s investment banking and financial advisory services for clients in the software, life sciences, manufacturing, industrial services, and business services industries on buyside and sellside M&A, leveraged recapitalizations, management-led buyouts, spin-offs and equity and debt private placements.

Mr. Fullerton began his career at The Analytic Sciences Corporation (TASC), an international engineering and information technology consulting firm, now a Northrop Grumman company. During his five years at TASC, he was a project leader on strategic planning, operations and policy engagements. He is a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum and the MIT Club of Boston.
