BOSTON, Ma., May 26 Î Aeris Therapeutics, a life sciences company developing
novel therapies for the treatment of patients with lung diseases, recently retained
Newbury, Piret to provide an advisory opinion to its Board of Directors.
Aeris had successfully completed pre-clinical development of their first therapy for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease ("COPD") and was preparing to enter Phase I clinical trials. The Company wanted to ascertain the potential increase in value as its product moved from pre-clinical development stage to clinical trials.
